they call my cell phone and my job after I ask to please stop calling saying I owe for old debts and threatning me with lawsuits and things!

Just received a call from this number. I frequently get calls (2 & 3 times daily) from "Out of Area." This has been going on for months even though I screen and never answer that call. This one suckered me in with the private caller in the ID and the 262 (Waukesha, WI) area code. Now, I know better and hope I recognize the number next time. I will be more carefully screening my calls from now on!

left a message saying I must return the call and if I didn't that uncertain events would unfold and he wished me luck, then after saying not to ignore this call he told me he hopes God keeps me alive!!! What the heck... This is outragious

This phone number is being used to do fraud. They call to give you something in order to get your account number. It should be investigaded.

"Hello, this is Heather" I get calls from this # every few days. This is quite irritating because I have asked to be removed from their call lists on numerous occasions and they still keep calling me. Furthermore, the # that they are calling me on is an emergency communication asset aboard my passenger vessel and its purpose is to function as a redundancy back up for our emergency radio gear. Any non authorized use of that asset endangers my vessel, crew and company. In effect, their incessant calls could be characterized as acts of tampering with an emergency communications system. Such acts are considered by federal law enforcement specialists as felony crimes and could be considered as acts of terrorism. I also got a phone call from this number, saying that they are doing a follow up regarding a loan talk that I had with Selina Reed. I said maybe I have done that but I don't remember. The lady on the phone then said Thank you and hang up. they called me yesterday as well but I didn't pick up.
